Will The Wolf Survive ?

These last thirty days have been a bone crushing eye opener for us at Witt and Wittier. With awards now coming in from all corners of the globe, songs that we only meant for background, charting, and setting our post-strike course to continue to bring real family entertainment to real families, a cup of coffee would be nice. We made the trip to Austin and got to see our latest movie, “Kielia” in its entirety for the first time. Overwhelming, you’re gonna love it! Then to begin planning for what’s next!

Next is more of the same. W&W Films is a faith-based entity. Our mission statement is to produce quality, wholesome entertainment that kids can watch without them saying, “Boring!”) If I do say so myself, if a kid watched Kielia step out of her time orb and is put off they need to get less phone time and more activity time. Dishes is a good start.

Our country is on a Bobsled to hell. And it’s a wild ride. I won’t number all the transgressions here, but I will say that at times I think God has run out of fire and brimstone. Because we certainly deserve it. 1984 is thirty-nine years late but it is alive and well and coming soon to a church near you! Know them by their fruits!

It took a half a century for us to fall into this and will take at least that long to climb back out again. And what will the world be like when we do? We will never be able to go back. People accuse us of being “too old fashioned” or wanting to go back to 1954. But of course we do. Nothing like kids having to walk miles to school because they could. Or squirting Bosco into a glass of milk withOUT having to read the ingredients first. Or train rides, being able to say, “Merry Christmas,” or the bank locking your account because you want some of your money.

But like a record made of wax, it’s never coming back. But some things did come back. Good old racism. With a twist. EVERYONE is a racist. No! Everyone is different. It is not, and never has been black and white. In a black and white world be a full color man!

Will the wolf survive? Yes. There might be fewer of us but folks like Witt and Wittier, Mr. Mel Gibson, Rusty and Ashley, and all the Americans who still check out their Bible, the wolf will survive. And he’s not beautiful. . . He’s GLORIOUS!
