  Someone called me a fascist. Now, I honestly didn’t know what a fascist was. I mean, I knew Hitler was one, so it must be bad, but if you asked me on a witness stand I couldn’t tell you if it were a religion or a political party. So, I looked it up. And I found these ten things you must believe to belong to the fascist consortium. And I found a definition.  Noun 1) A person who believes in or sympathizes with  fascism .  ( often initial capital letter ) 2) A member of a fascist movement or party. 3) A person who is dictatorial or has extreme right-wing views. And I found a checklist of rules and regulations that you must conform to in order to be a proper, card-carrying fascist .   I am NOT “Pro-Choice!” That needed to be said because absolutes are, well, absolute. Pro-choice to me brings up the woman who gets pregnant in the bedroom of a double wide trailer at a party with someone she just met, and she decides to kill the baby because being pregnant would impede her party life. And forget her manufactured “health concerns.” Her privates were working just fine at Globe Mobile City that night when “Pro-Choice” became an option for her!   Forget “Church and State” on this issue. Notice how that wiggled its way into this debate? The simple fact is an elected official brings his/her moral code, or lack thereof to the table. You cannot sterilize the human part of the equation. If you take a Senate Committee with, say anywhere from ten to thirty members and they are considering women’s rights, just ask them the average size of the human vagina you will get ten to thirty different answers.       There is a line in the song, “Cocaine.”  Don’t forget this fact, you can’t get it back! There are scores of books, movies, studies, seminars, and hours of therapy about human separation. And it almost always comes down to some kind of reconciliation, either profound return of the components or an understanding of an agreement to tolerance of a terrible situation that somehow blossomed during the separation.   People change. In days gone by people would marry and grow old together. Now back in “them” days growing old together could be twenty or thirty years. Life was too hard to run away because the rigors of day to day living took your health, legs, and mental ability. If you didn’t love each other anymore it was too late to find someone else.   “These” days are quite lengthy. In modern times old women look pretty good. You hear it all the time. Someone is a danger to democracy, someone is a fascist, someone said the word, “Hitler.”   They always do this. First, we are not a democracy, we are a constitutional republic. We fought Hitler back when we were the land of the white folks.
