The Fishes and Loaves are Still Being Distributed


 

1 John 5:14

And this is the CONFIDENCE that we have toward Him (the Mighty God of Heaven), that if we ask (our Heavenly Father) anything according to His WILL He hears us.


What would you do if one of your children…or…grandchildren asked you for something to eat because they were hungry?  What if these same children were playing outside in the HOT Texas summer and ran up to you and said they were thirsty…what would you do immediately?  In both situations…you would absolutely give them something to eat and drink.  Right?  Of course you would…because you have a LOVE greater then your own for those little bundles of joy.


Our God has an even GREATER…and unconditional LOVE for every Soul that has ever lived on this planet than we could ever manage to conceive in comparison to our love for others (and yes that is EVERY Life).  Remember…He LOVED us so much that He allowed His precious Son, Jesus to be brutally tortured and killed on a Cross…as the last Sacrifice for ANYONE who would choose to accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior of their life.  Can you even fathom such a thing as this?


Just imagine if you mentioned to our God that you were hungry or thirsty…or…you desired something that would be a BLESSING to others…what do you think He would do?  EXACTLY!!!  So why aren’t you asking?

I never seek attention and Tommy Overstreet said years ago I had a “Whole lot of quit in me!” I will not enumerate how many songs, books, articles or movies I’ve written but I will say that I’ve given away more than I’ve published. Newbies are always talking about “dues” they’ve paid when they first start out. Dues are what you realize when it’s all over and done and the Devil comes knocking.   Alcoholism becomes a viable option and beats working.   How’d you like a little death to add life to your party? There’s a new kid on the block. Fentanyl.  Back in the day James Brown lamented “King Heroin.” Fentanyl is the new Kool Aid. Jim Jones Kool Aid! Why in the world would anyone wanna invent something like that is beyond me. Hitler could have saved all that money on Zyklon B if He’d had fentanyl! A little dab’ll do ya? Try 1/500 th of a dab!   Now I know you kids out there are thinking I’m just an old “Fuddy Duddy,” but let me educate you. I’ve been in entertainment since 1969. Do the math. From Austin to Nashville, and I have been there, done that. In addition to that I was crushed between two cars in 1970 and had a legal, non-stop source of pain medication for years.
